MyPyramid

MyPyramid, USDA's new, interactive Food Guidance System, shows the nutrient-dense super foods that American should consume on a daily basis — 3 servings of low-fat and fat-free milk, cheese or yogurt; 3 servings of whole grains; 4 1/2 cups of fruits and vegetables; and 5.5 ounces of lean meat or beans, and stresses the importance of physical activity. It offers advice to Americans ages 2 and over for good health and disease prevention through diet and physical activity.

Carrying the message, "Eat Right. Exercise. Have Fun.," MyPyramid for Kids, teaches 6 to 11 year olds the importance of making healthy food choices and being physically active every day.
