Review:

• Arianna's Nutrition Expedition™ pre- and post-test for this program. Administering the tests before and after teaching the unit provides valuable information on student progress.
• Objectives and Interdisciplinary Outcomes, Home Connections and Lesson Modifications for an overview of what this program offers you and your students.
• Nutrition Backgrounder for a quick nutrition review.
• The eight Activity Plans. Decide if you will teach them as a unit or integrate individual activities into your health and/or language arts curriculum.
• The optional GOING FURTHER activities after each Activity Plan, which extend and enrich the lessons. Many GOING FURTHERS provide simple ideas for physical activity in the classroom.
